I work with a locked down version of Magento that you can't install any extensions with and it gives me no flexibility at all. So when I see a feature I would like on my website I think to myself... can I do it with JavaScript?
So I bring you my 'Shipping Time' jQuery Plugin

I wanted to make something easy to use that I could inject onto my item pages with a little jQuery action. Based on your stores shipping deadline, Shipping Time shows time left to order to have it ship the same day or the amount of time before the next days cutoff. It's also configurable to display an estimated delivery date based on your shipping method and the users location.
My eCommerce platform is Magento based but the great part about my plugin is that it is platform independent and can easily be installed on any website! You can see it in action at Maniacs Hobby Complex.
